Build more precise CRM segments with required and excluded filters

What changed

Advanced filter logic is now more consistent across Jobin, making it easier to define what records must match, may match, or must be excluded from recruiting CRM searches.

Capabilities in this update

• Mark supported filter values as optional, required, or excluded
• Use the same advanced matching controls across Jobs, Accounts, Employers, and Contacts where supported
• Set a minimum number of optional values that need to match
• Exclude specific recruitment pipeline stages from a Contacts search
• Keep included and excluded pipeline stages in the same filter
• Switch a stage between included and excluded without keeping conflicting criteria
• Treat a complete Notes search condition as required or excluded
• See required and excluded states directly in active filter chips
