Manage team membership separately from subscription seats

What changed

Workspace membership and paid seat allocation are now more flexible, so teams can invite people before seats are available and remove access without deleting the member account.

Capabilities in this update

• Invite teammates even when there are not enough available seats
• See seat availability before sending invitations
• Get a clear warning when some invitees will not receive the requested module access
• Keep excess invitees in the workspace with a clear No seat status
• Review seat shortages separately for different subscription modules
• Remove a member’s assigned seats while keeping their account and current workspace role
• Assign seats again later without having to reinvite the member
• Keep Client Portal users independent from internal workspace seat availability
