Jobin now provides a centralized tag manager for organizing reusable tags across Contacts, company Accounts, and Jobs in the recruitment CRM.

Capabilities in this update

• Switch between Contact, Account, and Job tag catalogs
• Create and edit reusable tags from one management page
• Search and sort large tag libraries
• Drag tags into your preferred custom order
• Choose where newly created tags should appear in that order
• See how many Contacts, Accounts, or Jobs currently use each tag
• Open the matching records directly from a tag’s usage count
• Export tag catalogs to CSV
• Find and permanently purge tags that are no longer assigned to any records
• Deleting a tag removes that tag assignment from every matching record
