What changed

Client Portal permissions are now much more granular, with reusable visibility presets and separate controls for candidate data, collaboration, and recruiter-only information.

• Choose individual candidate profile details clients can see
• Control candidate identity and contact information separately from professional background
• Configure visibility for experience, education, skills, compensation, availability, and work preferences
• Control AI screening scores, explanations, scorecards, recruiter notes, documents, and activity separately
• Choose whether clients can see message content and attachments from candidate activity
• Save reusable candidate-visibility presets
• Choose the default visibility preset used for future Client Portals
• Allow clients to create tasks for recruiters from candidate profiles when needed
