Build reusable Job workflows with pipeline templates and automations

Recruitment teams can now standardize Job pipelines with reusable templates and connect pipeline stages directly to outreach sequences.

Capabilities in this update

• Start a Job pipeline from Jobin built-in templates or workspace templates
• Apply a pipeline template to an individual Job
• Choose the default pipeline template used by future Jobs
• Keep existing Jobs unchanged when the workspace default changes
• Link outreach sequences to a Job
• Launch a sequence automatically when candidates reach selected pipeline stages
• Configure automatic stage-entry rules separately from the actions that run after arrival
• Add automations to Jobin-managed stages such as Assigned, Rejected, and Accepted
• Get a clear warning before moving a sequence that is already linked to another Job
