AI Search can now treat a required language and required location as alternative evidence when that better matches your sourcing strategy.

Capabilities in this update

• Enable an “Accept language or location” option in AI Search filters
• Use a required language or a required location to satisfy the combined requirement
• Keep the stricter behavior when the option is turned off
• See when a match was inferred from location rather than an explicitly listed language
• Jobin clearly marks inferred evidence so recruiters know the candidate’s language ability is still unverified
• New searches start with the flexible matching option enabled, while older saved searches retain their existing behavior
