Compare current and total experience in Contacts

What changed

Recruiters can now add dedicated experience columns to the Contacts table to compare a candidate’s current-role tenure with their overall professional experience.

Capabilities in this update

• Add a Current years column for time in the candidate’s present role
• Add a Total years column for overall professional experience
• Experience is displayed in easy-to-scan year values
• Use the columns alongside other configurable Contacts data
