View LinkedIn connection degree in the Contacts table

What changed

Add a LinkedIn Connection Level column to the Contacts table to see whether each person is a 1st-, 2nd-, or 3rd-degree connection to the active LinkedIn account.

Capabilities in this update

• Identify pending LinkedIn connection requests
