Open matching Contacts from a custom field

What changed

Select a custom field from the contact control panel to open the Contacts page with that field already applied as a filter.

Capabilities in this update

• Move from profile context to a matching contact segment
• Carry the selected custom field into Contacts automatically
• Reduce manual filter configuration
