Browse recruitment pipeline stages from the Contacts list

What changed

When viewing a recruitment pipeline, use stage tabs above the Contacts list to review candidate counts and move between workflow stages quickly.

Capabilities in this update

• See the number of contacts in each stage
• Switch stages without opening the complete filters panel
• Return to all pipeline contacts from the Total tab
• Include assigned, exit, and backup stages
