Use the Outreach Sequences tab to see a contact’s current automation, review upcoming messages, and manage their progress without leaving the profile.

Capabilities in this update

• Assign the contact to an outreach sequence
• Start at the beginning or at a chosen stage
• See the current stage and step number
• Review visual sequence progress
• See the next operation’s status and scheduled time
• Preview the message and email subject
• Edit eligible messages before processing
• Exit the contact from the active sequence
• Review previous sequences and additional operations
