Is a better alternative to Wiza?

Wiza is an Email Finder that scrapes information from LinkedIn Sales Navigator and prepares a CSV file that you can download, or export to a CRM tool like Salesforce.

In Wiza you have a Chrome extension and a dashboard to display statistics about the Sales.Nav. scraping. From this dashboard you can download a CSV file containing only Name, Title, Company, Location and the contact info found.

You should consider that in Wiza the number of valid emails received is less than half of the total amount uploaded. However, you don't pay them.

Operations comparison

Wiza will scrape up to 2,500 leads at once using cloud servers and will notify you when finished. Most of these profiles do not include email and phone numbers because they are also missing on LinkedIn.

In you have the possibility to import LinkedIn profiles with ot without the contact information. The profiles import is unlimited and free in Jobin. The extraction including contact information such as emails and phone numbers is limited to the same number set by your LinkedIn subscription. For example, with Sales Navigator you have the possibility to view up to 800 per day.

They claim that "Wiza is magic" and call "AI" the process of removing prefixes, suffixes, emojis from the profiles Names.
This can probably be considered "marketing communication", but we prefer "engineering communication".

Differences in functionality

It is not quite fair to compare to Wiza because has a lot more features that are combined into an organic all-in-one B2B sourcing, prospecting and outreach platform, where Wiza is just a contact finder and verifier.

So, to make a comparison between and Wiza we should just discuss Data Enrichment, emails and contacts finding.

Both Wiza and use a Chrome extension that allows you to capture data while browsing LinkedIn profiles. The extension though, has additional control and importing capability and is not limited to scraping data from LinkedIn profile pages.

With Wiza you can scrape lists of contacts and get a CSV file with email addresses.
The same is possible with with the addition of the LinkedIn URL, and the possibility to enrich with the complete biography of the prospect, career history, professional skills and much more than just contact info.

So, for example, a recruiter will prefer to send a new job offer using a private email rather than the company email where the candidate is currently working.

Wiza pricing and Sales approach

In the past, Wiza offered a Pay-As-You-Go plan which has now disappeared. Now the Wiza subscription starts at $30/user/month to get 75 email credits. Phone credits are $0.35 each.
Note that the credits disappear for every email and phone number, so the count is not on people but on data item.
Obviously 75 emails / month isn't enough for any messaging campaign so you should consider the top plan for $100/month with 750 credits and $0.15 for extras.

When you discover that an email is not valid, you do not pay for it and so you contribute to the maintenance of the Wiza database. How nice😉 gives you all publicly available emails, phones and social profile URLs for Free, because this is included in the free forever sourcing tool, and only charges for those that are not available.
The first 5 contacts enrichment are free then you should buy other 50 credits for $16.99/mo.

Some Wiza users have reported that if you cancel your paid plan, they keep billing you for months and therefore won't refund your money.

In the upgrade and downgrade of each single solution can be changed by yourself, and canceling a plan means continuing to use your data from your Free Forever Plan. This is quite useful and allows you to follow the changing needs of your business.

This, coupled with the fact that in you don't necessary need to buy many other tools in your tech stack, makes it much more cheaper than Wiza that instead, must be considered an additional component that must be purchased together with an external CRM and probably an external mailer.


Wiza uses old technology to extract emails from LinkedIn and this is a little invasive on LinkedIn servers which could flag and ban your LinkedIn account. uses a completely different technology and also advanced throttling systems that make the system behave exactly like you could do on your own from your keyboard. Many operations are even less invasive than human ones and are not even counted by LinkedIn.
