Is Jobin a better alternative to UpLead?

UpLead, like Jobin, automates LinkedIn lead generation and both save a lot of time for any marketers, sales person and small business owners. Jobin can also be useful for recruiters thanks to rich profiles that include full career history and professional skills of each contact.

Prospecting

UpLead is basically a large database of profiles where you can search to choose the interesting ones for your campaign. They claim to have around 90 millions contacts and 95% data accuracy. This is a product designed primarily for salespeople and gives you with names, titles and company in addition to the contact information, social presence and company data.
The purpose is to produce a list of emails and phone numbers with the possibility to search per industry category and company size.

Jobin in comparison, uses profiles with full bio and complete career history, skills, achievements and many other information used by recruiters. This allows robust profiling possibilities because a data-base with hundreds of data-nodes and fields, allows for filtering and ranking at the level of an advanced ATS. This is suited to the demanding requirements of Recruiters for candidates-screening before a job interview.
However, the trend among marketers, salespersons and entrepreneurs is to invest more and more time in screening and prospecting their targets. Hence, access to in-depth information is often helpful for initiating discussions, finding connection points, building rapport with your prospects, and to increasing the success rate of making new leads.

UpLead cannot perform any of these operations and you must purchase another tool that includes a CRM to perform these necessary operations.
This results in a sensible money-saving and most importantly, in a time-saving advantage, because this totally eliminates any data transfer operation between different products and everybody knows that these things are not always 100% smooth.

UpLead has a Free plan but only offers 5 credits per month with it, this is really a joke for any marketer or salesperson. They correctly call it a "Free Test Drive" because it is not usable. So you need to pay $890 annually for just 2040 credits per year (that is less than 40 emails per week). You can exceed that number and buy additional credits for $0.60 each. A credit is for one contact which can be an email or a phone number.

The "Plus" and "Professional" plans are $1,790 and $3,590 annually each with 4,800 and 3,590 per year respectively.

To buy publicly available emails scattered on internet, there are several options based on scraping from social networks and other sites. In particular, Jobin offers FREE of charge all publicly available emails and contact information and only charges for those not available.

Someone criticize UpLead for the lack of flexibility in its subscriptions and for the fact that it is not very suitable for small businesses.
For example, if you cancel your renewal, they will cut you off without allowing to finish out your current subscription.

Jobin is unbeatable in terms of subscription flexibility. It also offers independent upgrades for each solution that can be purchased on top of a Free plan that is always available.

Jobin is an all-in-one package with multiple modular solutions to find, screen and outreach people. These solutions are always available with a Free plan but can be upgraded any time independently with quick purchase requests based on your needs.
If you stop paying you can still enjoy a usable Free version that keeps all your data available and has several features that may be enough for some small business or occasional use.
There is also the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade single solution packages including FREE plans, to follow your current needs and be ready for future expansion of your business.

Jobin is a better UpLead alternative
